CRANBERRY OAT COOKIES
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of butter, softened
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar.
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- ¾ cup plain flour
- ¾ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 3 cups of oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ a cup of white chocolate chips.
METHOD
- Cream butter, sugars, egg water and vanilla until light and creamy.
- Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture until fully blended. Stir in oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop heaped dessert-spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown at the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
